Shipping Details
Friendly Rooster will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). Within the lower 48 states, shipments typically arrive between 1 and 5 days of placing your order. If you want/need your package sooner, you have the option to choose USPS Express Mail at checkout for an additional charge. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via the method of our choice and may take between 2 and 8 days to get to you. Additional fees may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
To access our rates, please add your items to your shopping cart. When you go to your cart, you will see "Estimate Shipping and Taxes". Simply click on it, fill out the information, then click on "Get Quote". You will see an amount for normal shipping (Priority Mail) or super fast shipping (Express Mail). This amount will be added to your total at checkout.
Please note: Orders placed before 6pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed that same day and be shipped the following day. All Saturday/Sunday orders will ship on Monday. Orders placed on a federal U.S. holiday will ship the next available business day.

Order Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order at www.usps.com using the tracking number provided in your email. All orders ship from Charlotte, NC. Orders shipped USPS Priority Mail within the lower 48 states should arrive within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days after placing it, please contact us.
Sales Tax
Friendly Rooster is required by law to charge sales taxes on all shipments to addresses within the state of North Carolina. During the checkout process, sales taxes of 6.75% will be charged for all North Carolina orders. Certain municipalities may be subject to an additional sales tax.
Additional Information
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Saturday (excluding federal U.S. holidays).
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you wish to order for more than one household, please place separate orders per each mailing address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction with our products is important to Friendly Rooster. In the event you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return any product purchased on our website in its original packaging and condition within 30 days; we can replace any defective merchandise within 45 days (Terms & Conditions apply*).

*Terms and Conditions
Friendly Rooster will gladly accept exchanges or returns within 30 days for merchandise that meets the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original packaging and condition and received within 30 days of original purchase (invoice date). We are unable to accept merchandise for exchange, return, or store credit after this time period. The shoes must be returned in their original boxes and in unworn condition. Friendly Rooster reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Please note that Friendly Rooster is only able to exchange defective merchandise for the same style and size as the defective pair and the exchange must be made within 45 days of original purchase. SPECIAL NOTE: Any orders that were purchased on clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your order. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand.
- A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. WE DO NO REIMBURSE SHIPPING CHARGES. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
- If a shipping error occurred on our part, such as shipping the wrong items, we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge. Unfortunately, Friendly Rooster cannot provide compensation for late deliveries due to delays on the part of the courier (ie.- USPS).
