I sent an email to customer service and I never got a response. What do I do?
We take pride in our superior customer service. We try to answer every email within 24-48 hours. Please make sure to provide correct email addresses and phone numbers so you can be reached. Also, sometimes our responses are marked as spam and sent to junk mail, so always check your spam folder to see if our email was sent there.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered.
I received my order, but the items I ordered did not arrive in additional packaging (ie-shoe boxes). Also, the box looks like it had been used before. What gives?
We take every measure possible to reduce our footprint on the planet for the sake of our children and their children (and their children...you catch our drift). How do we do this? We reuse boxes that we receive from our vendors or when we ourselves order online. We reuse packaging materials that were used in these orders, as well. We also worked with our suppliers to ship product to us with reduced packaging. In most cases this means (for example) that when you receive shoes you've ordered, they will come in a shipping box, but they will not also have a shoe box in addition to the shipping box.
But I am used to getting shoes in a shoe box, even though I usually throw the shoe box away. Can I still get one?
If you still desire additional packaging (ie-shoe box), we have them available for an additional charge of $3.00. Please feel free to email us and we will get one out to you.
Your site says it accepts paypal, but I am not given that as an option during checkout?
